Venue

Located in the foothils of the Rocky Mountains in Northern Colordao, Boulder is a haven for outdoors enthusiasts, while downtown's pedestrian Pearl Street Mall includes art galleries, cafes, restaurants and boutiques that showcase the regions culture. The University campus is home to the Fiske Planetarium and the Museum of Natural History, all while being less than an hour from Denver International Airport.

The Collaborative Approaches to Advances in Organic and Hybrid Electronics Symposium will be held at the CU Boulder Williams Village Campus Meeting Space.

Accomodation

Conference participants can stay at one of a number of hotels close to the conference venue. We have negotiated a discounted rate at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, which is close by. Note that in order to use the discounted rate bookings must be made by April 22

As mentioned above, there are other hotels nearby. We do not have a discount negotiated with any of these hotels, but you can review the options

Getting to Boulder

A convenient way to get to Boulder from Denver International Airport is to use RTD'd bus line AB1/AB2. You can visit the RTD site for details on the AB1 / AB2 schedule and booking system. The ride time is about 75 minutes, and at this time masks are required to ride the buses. The ticket is $10.50 / person for one-way travel. Tickets can be purchased either at the ticket vending machines in the airport bus station (outside, under the airport hotel) or on board (cash only, no change).

Shuttle can also be booked through Green Ride Boulder, you can find out more on their site. The cost is ~$50 for the first person, $15 for the second passenger, and $5 for additional passengers. Masks are required to ride. These shuttles will go direct to the hotels. The ride time is about 1 hour.

Parking on the CU campus will require temporary parking permits, which are $10/day, or $19/week. Information on the temporary parking passes can be found here, and more information on short-term parking options can be found here.
